Where is your teak furniture made?
In our own workshop in Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia. We do not outsource production.
What wood do you use?
Solid teak (Tectona grandis), dried before production and finished by hand. Cane, rope and woven cord are used for seats, backs and doors.
Do you offer custom sizes and finishes?
Yes. Sizes, finishes and woven details can be adapted for retailers, design projects and hospitality.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship FOB Semarang (Tanjung Emas) in mixed or full containers. You can use your own freight forwarder or one we recommend.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and the wood species and legal-sourcing information your importer needs, for example for the US Lacey Act declaration.
Can I mix different pieces in one container?
Yes. Mixed containers are common for a first order, so you can test several designs at once.
Do you supply Amazon and online sellers?
Yes. We offer mixed-container orders for online sellers and can provide dimensions and packed weights for your listings. Contact us for current minimums.
Do you offer private label?
Yes. We manufacture private label and custom-branded teak furniture, including custom sizes, finishes, packaging and labels. The country of origin, Made in Indonesia, stays on every piece.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We make a sample for your approval before every first production.
How do I get prices?
Add pieces to your quote list or request the wholesale catalog. We reply with prices, production time and payment terms within one business day.
